Payment

• Payments can be made through PayPal, credit cards via Stripe or Apple Pay if enabled.
• All pricing on the site is in USD.
• Only one coupon code can be applied at a time.

Preorders

• For preorders, waiting times vary depending on the product. 
  • Art prints and stickers will take from 1-5 days to be ready for shipping
  • Tote bags, keychains, magnets, pins and others will take from 7-15 days to be ready for shipping
• Orders containing both instock and preorder items will be shipped when the preorder items are ready to be shipped.
• If you require in stock items to be shipped asap, please order them separately from preorder items.

Shipping

• All products are shipped from several locations including Australia, Vietnam, and Singapore.
• Products can be shipped worldwide if there is no restrictions.
• In the case that products cannot shipped to your country, you will be refunded for your order.
• Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout depending on the location and items in your cart. 
• Once your order is placed, it will be packed and sent out within 1-3 business days if all items are in stock. For preorders, please refer above.
• An email with your order information and tracking number will be sent to your email address.
• Shipping duration depends location of the order. Estimates are below.
  • Australia: 2-7 business days
  • Oceania: 3-10 business days
  • Asia: 5-12 business days
  • Europe & UK: 7-14 business days
  • North America & US: 7-14 business days
  • All other regions: 10-20 businesss days

In-person collection

• In-person collection is available at certain events.
• Please check my Instagram stories for any updates on upcoming events.
• Please reach out to me through email or Twitter or Instagram if you wish to collect your products in person.
• I will send you a unique code to use at checkout to remove shipping costs.

Cancellations // Returns // Refunds

• Once an order has been placed and shipped, cancellations and refunds will not be possible.
• Returns are not accepted.
• For any damaged orders, please contact me through email or Twitter or Instagram with a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery. After reviewing, a replacement of the damaged products will be sent to you free of charge. Applicable once only per order.
• Partial refunds for any reason is not possible.
